When we think of Mexican food, the first thing that comes in your mind are tacos, but we also think of fun. Tacos, like many Mexican dishes, are an “all in the family” type of meal - someone browns the meat, another one shreds the cheese, another dices the veggies, and so on. Half the fun is preparing them just the way you like them, there is no wrong or right way.

For crowd-pleasing taco meat, brown one pound of fresh ground beef, turkey, or chicken. Add 4 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning and 1cup of water, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes to reduce to the desired thickness.
