  • Is it safe to make my order online?

    Yes, it is absolutely safe to make an order and pay it online. Your personal data is transmitted safely to our system.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

    Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

  • How much is the shipping cost?

    For orders over 55 €, shipping cost is free for all regions of Greece. For orders below 55 € the cost is 4 € up to 2kg and then 1.00 € for every extra kilo.

  • How can I make sure that I have completed my purchase correctly?

    Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.

  • I forgot my password, what should I do?

  • How many days does the delivery of an order take?

    Dates and Delivery hours: The delivery process can last up to 2-4 working days.The delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am until 17.00 pm for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larisa and all around Crete (counties of Heraklion, Chania, Lasithi and Rethymnon). For the rest of Greece the delivery hours of each Transport Company are applied.
