Treat panic attack with an easy recipe with a soothing herb:
Herbs: Linden (tilia), valerian (valeriana officinalis)
Preperation : Make an infusion using 1 teaspoon of linden and 1/2 teaspoon powdered valerian in 1 cup water. Drink four cups a day.
