Directions for Use
Peel the strip from the backing liner.
Apply the lower strip first, then the upper, pressing gently to ensure a good fit. Fold any excess behind your teeth and press gently for 2–3 seconds.
Wear for 30 minutes.
Remove and rinse thoroughly. Dispose of materials according to local recycling guidelines.
