"Cayenne" Chocolates
Ingredients:
500 gr. couverture
½ tsp. teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ tsp. teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
½ tsp. teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Execution:
Heat couverture in a bain marie .
Mix all remaining ingredients and with two teaspoons create chocolates on a baking sheet.
Refrigerate for one hour and they're ready.
