Brownies with stevia
Ingredients:
~ 320 g eggs
~ 400 grams of butter 82%
~ 400 g confectionary stew (1: 1)
~ 250 g chocolate 65%
~ 200 g flour
~ 80 g of nut
~ 20 g of baking powder
Execution:
In a wire cauldron, beat the eggs very well until they swell, melt the butter to 35 degrees, homogenize with the liquid chocolate and add to the floured eggs stirring gently.
In a bowl we have shuffled the stevia sweetener, flour, nut and baking powder. Homogenize all the ingredients together gently. We divide it in forms that we want, 3 cm thick and bake for 12 'at 200 degrees.
