The leaves of Stevia contain the natural sweetener stevioside and rempaoudosidi. The stevioside is a microcrystalline substance, such as table sugar, but with no caloric value and 200-300 times sweeter depending on the concentration of each of the sweeteners. Conteins : Maltodextrin which comes out of hydrolysis of starch found in natural sources such as potato, corn, wheat, etc. and Inulin (2 calories / gram) is a soluble dietary fiber extracted from chicory.
Ingredients: Steviol glycosides 95%, maltodextrin, inulin, (90% fiber, 10% fructose and sucrose), silicon dioxide.
Dosage: Use just like sugar but half the amount.
