During cold and flu helps treat fevers. It also helps in migraines linked to digestive problems. It stimulates the nervous system and relieves stress, tension and hysteria. (During cold and flu can be combined with elder flowers and yarrow.)
Use: Pour 1-2 teaspoons in a cup of hot water for 7-10 minutes, strain and drink.
You can drink it up to 2-3 times a day.
