Spaghetti with beef mince and molasses
~ 500 grams of beef mince
~ 1/3 cup olive oil
~ 1 onion finely chopped
~ 2 cloves of garlic chopped
~ 3 whole tomatoes finely chopped
~ 3 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
~ 1 tablespoon of molasses
~ Salt, Pepper
Heat the oil in the pan.
Pour the onion and garlic and sauté.
Put the mince and continue the sausage for 15 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients to molasses and simmer for 1 hour.
The same sauce can be used for moussaka and pastitsio.
