Constantinople kebabs with sumac

Preparation time: 90 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

600g. minced lamb
400g. minced Beef
2 medium onions, chopped
200g. breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
100ml olive oil
2 eggs
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
20g. salt
20g. sumac
5g. pepper
30g. cumin
10g. smoked paprika
8 stainless metal skewers

In a large bowl put all the above ingredients together and knead well. Pour the mixture for one hour in the refrigerator to shake and when it is ready, mold 8 kebabs. Carefully pass the stainless steel skewers and cook on the grill without turning them often, because they lose their fluids.
