Strawberry Chocolates in 20 minutes
Ιngredients for 40 chocolates
2 couvertures
2 tablespoons of butter
100 ml of cream
1 tablespoon of cognac or liqueur (optional)
almonds with peel
hazel
dried fruits of our liking (strawberries, orange, etc.)
How do we do it
Place chocolate in pieces in a bowl, along with butter and cream. We melt them in been-marry or in microwaves. Add alcohol. Stir until a glossy cream is made. Put the fruits or nuts (separately each kind) in the chocolate cream and mix. With a teaspoon we take a small amount of chocolate fruits or nuts and place them onto a greaseproof paper. Leave them to cool, peel off the sticks and put them in the refrigerator to freeze until we eat them.
