Hot Chocolate Pie
Ingredients for 8 people
280gr. chocolate couverture
280gr. chocolate milk
250g. flour, all-purpose
100ml cream (for glaze)
150g. chocolate (for the glaze)
50g. Butter (for the pan)
50g. Flour (for the pan)
In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and milk chocolate over low heat. In a blender put eggs, sugar, butter and add the melted chocolate. Continue to stir slowly adding the flour. Grease a medium sized baking dish and sprinkle with flour. Pour the cake mixture and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
In a small saucepan, add the cream and chocolate, stirring constantly over low heat to make the glaze.
Once the cake is ready, leave to cool a little, pour the glaze and serve.
