Serves: 8-10 pieces

~ 100 g raisins
~ 100 g dried cranberries
~ 100 g plums
~ 20 g cognac
~ 20 g water
~ 180 g Brown sugar
~ 240 g cow butter at room temperature
~ 5 eggs
~ 200 g semolina flour
~ 1 pinch of salt
~ 1 tsp. cinnamon
~ 10 g butter and 20 grams. flour for molding


1) Put the raisins, cranberries, plums, cognac and water in the moulti and beat until they are pulped.

2) Put the butter and sugar in the blender until they are white and fluffy

3) Add the eggs one by one and continue to whisk for 2-3 minutes.

4) Add semolina flour, salt and cinnamon and whisk until it becomes a single dough.

5) Pour the dried fruit and whisk for another minute.

6) Butter and flour a round baking pan and pour the dough.

7) Bake in preheated oven in air for 20 minutes at 190 ° C and for another 20 minutes at 170 ° C. Try if the cake is ready, sinking a knife in the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, take it out of the oven.

8) Allow to cool for 10 minutes and peel off. Allow another 15 minutes to cool well.
