Ingredients:
~ 100 g raisins
~ 100 g dried cranberries
~ 100 g plums
~ 20 g cognac
~ 20 g water
~ 180 g Brown sugar
~ 240 g cow butter at room temperature
~ 5 eggs
~ 200 g semolina flour
~ 1 pinch of salt
~ 1 tsp. cinnamon
~ 10 g butter and 20 grams. flour for molding
Execution:
