Cinnamon ~ Biscuits

Ingredients:

2 cup (s) of flour for all uses
1/2 teaspoons soda
1/2 teaspoons tartar
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup (s) of unsalted butter at room temperature
1 cup (s) of sugar
1 gr. vanilla
1 big egg
1/4 cup full fat milk or coconut milk

For sprinkling:

3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. sugar

Execution :

In a bowl, sift the flour and add the baking soda, tartar and salt. Mix with a fork. In the mixer bin, we mix the butter, with sugar and vanilla on the middle level of the mixer, for 3 until it froths. Add egg and milk, and stir well. Lower the speed of the mixer on the lower level and slowly add to the flour mixture, to unite.

Grind grease or silt on the oven pan and with a spoon make disks with some distance between them.

For sprinkling:

In a bowl pur the sugar with cinnamon and with the mixture I sprinkle the biscuits.

Cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 8 ', until they get a pleasant, pink color.
