Chocolate energy bites with Chia
Ingredients for about 40 bites
2 cups oat flakes or Zea
1.5 cups chopped walnuts
3/4 cup peanut butter
2-3 tablespoons nutella or merenda
1/4 cup honey
1/4-1/2 cup chocolate flakes
1 teaspoon vanilla
2.4 tablespoons of flaxseed or chia seeds
Execution
- Mix all dry ingredients first.
- Then add the sticky ingredients. (Honey we used was very thick and helped to keep it all together. If your recipe needs more ingredients to keep it together do not hesitate to add more peanut butter)
