Chicken with spices
Ingredients :
1 chicken cut into portions
1/2 teaspoon chilli
2 tbl. thyme
3 tsp. Whole wheat
1 tsp garlic granules

1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 tbl. Brown sugar
2 tbl. salt
2 tsp. Grated black pepper
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. Grated nutmeg
2 tsp. Dried sage
1 tsp. ginger
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
Juice from a lime
1 cup orange juice4 tsp. White vinegar
250 g yoghurt
10 leaves mint chopped
Execution:
~ Mix all ingredients (except chicken, yoghurt and mint) in a blender to consolidate into sauce.
~ We cut a small amount of sauce on the meat.
~ Place the meat after mixing it with the rest of the marinade in a bowl and cover with a membrane.
~ Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator all night.
~ Bake the chicken on a grill in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and then turn the meat and bake for another 20 minutes. From under the grill it is good to put a baking pan.
~ Serve with yogurt and mint leaves.
