Biscuits with tahini, honey and oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A handful of walnuts or almonds or sesame seeds or chopped nuts or chocolate shavings
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and pour the dough in a food bag or membrane. Without geting your hands dirty hands make a roll and put for five minutes in the freezer.
Turn on the oven to warm at 180 degrees, cut the dough into rounds. It does not matter if dissolved, press with hands and unite. It will open a bit when cooked. Put it in the nonstick pan. Bake for 10 minutes to get crispy cookies.
