Terms of Participation

1. Subject of the Contest: The business named Doxastakis Nikolaos, based in Heraklion, Crete, at 141 Kalokerinou Avenue (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), is organizing a promotional activity—contest (hereinafter referred to as "the Activity") for the online store www.bachari.gr.
2. Right to Participate in the Activity: Participation is open to those who are at least 18 years old and reside in Greece (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). All purchases made in the online store over 55 euros are eligible for participation.
3. Exclusion from Participation: The following individuals are excluded from participating in the Activity: (a) employees in any capacity of the store Bacharopoleio and bachari.gr, first-degree relatives of these employees, and their spouses.
4. Duration of the Activity: The Activity will run from 28/08/24 at 10:00:00 (hereinafter referred to as the "Start of the Activity") until 13/09/24 (hereinafter referred to as the "End of the Activity").
5. How to Participate in the Activity:
   • By making purchases worth 55€, you automatically enter our contest. You can earn additional entries by:
     • Every additional 10€ in purchases = 1 extra entry.
     • Subscribing to our newsletter = 1 extra entry.
     • Purchasing BEE CERA products (except for St. John’s Wort Ointment) = 2 extra entries.
   • The more entries you accumulate, the higher your chances of winning.
   • The winners will be selected randomly using a certified application.
6. Prize: At the end of the Period, one (1) winner will be drawn from all those who placed an order over 55€ at any time during the Period, from 28/08/24 to 13/09/24. The winner will receive a 3-night stay at a 4-star hotel in Stalida, Crete, on a date to be agreed upon with the Organizer.

   *The Bacharopoleio stores and bachari.gr are excluded from redeeming the prize for products.

   • The winners do not have the right to exchange their prize for cash or substitute products.
   • The grand winner will be announced on our Instagram page @bachari.gr on 13/09/24 and will be notified by phone by our team.
7. Revocation of Announcement – Amendment of Terms: The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of participation (including the duration of the Activity) or to cancel the Activity for a significant reason, notifying participants via the website.
8. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Activity implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and the relevant notification regarding the processing of Personal Data.
9. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction: These terms are governed and supplemented by Greek law. Any dispute regarding the Activity that may arise in the future will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Heraklion, Crete.

NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The business named Doxastakis Nikolaos (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), in compliance with the European Regulation on the protection of Personal Data (hereinafter "PD") and the relevant legislation, informs all natural persons participating in the contest, as follows:

A. Nature and Collection of PD: The PD we process are the information you provide when placing your order in our online store. Specifically, this information includes the mobile phone number and the email address of the Participant. This data is collected by Sleed (Data Processor), for conducting the draws and identifying the prize winners. Pencilcase (Data Processor), which is responsible for the electronic systems/applications of the contest, also has access to the aforementioned data.

• The Company will contact the winners of the Contest by phone to obtain the necessary details for their identification and to arrange the delivery of the prizes. The details that will be requested from the winners are their full name and ID card number. These data will be stored in the Company's database for the necessary period.

B. Purpose of PD Processing: The Company and the Data Processors process the aforementioned PD solely for the conduct of the contest. Specifically, the data will be processed exclusively for the identification of the winners and the delivery of the prizes by the Company.

C. Storage of PD: The data mentioned under point A are kept by the Company (and the Data Processors) and are not further transferred.
