Stuffed Peppers with buckwheat
Ingredients:
4 green peppers
15 to 20 tablespoons of buckwheat
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
little chopped parsley
salt and pepper
cumin
olive oil
little tomato juice, optional
Execution:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Wash, clean and fill the peppers. Place in a small pan, in which you put a little water and oil (about one to two fingers, depending on how oily you want your food) and pour out a bit of salt and whatever spice you want. Finally, put the pan in the already hot oven and cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
