Cuttlefish with honey and rosemary
Preparation Time: 40 min
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 kg small cuttlefish
200 gr. olive oil
100 gr. vinegar
50g. honey
50g. rosemary
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon flour
Execution :
Clean the cuttlefish and saute with hot oil. Place them in a baking dish. In the oil, add the flour, vinegar, honey and rosemary to a boil 5 minutes. Pour in cuttlefish and bake the oven for 15 minutes.
