DESCRIPTION

The brown classic lentil with the black lentil that bursts like "caviar" in the mouth (as it has been described), combined with the red lentil that boils faster than all types of lentil gives us as a result a special mushy texture!

A traditional Greek choice of legumes is lentils, let alone three types of lentils in one bag!

Black lentils are rich in protein and fiber, and just half a cup of cooked black lentils contains about 12 grams of protein and 9 grams of fiber, a powerful combination that can keep us full and energized for much longer than other foods. They are extremely tasty, they are characterized as the "caviar" of lentils as one of their properties is that they are easier to digest than classic lentils.

Lentils also contain fiber, folate, vitamin B1 and minerals. They are also a very good source of iron, containing over half of a person's daily allowance of iron in a one-cup serving.

They support gut function and the growth of healthy gut bacteria. Eating lentils can improve your overall bowel function.

Lentils have a very high percentage of protein, which makes them an excellent alternative to meat. It's also an excellent source of iron, a mineral sometimes lacking in vegetarian diets
