RECIPE for medium beans with vegetables
Ingredients:
~ 500 gr. white flat beans ALL BIO
~ 1 finely chopped onion
~ 2 stalks of celery
~ 1 carrot sliced
~ 100 gr. slaw
~ 2 lemons (juice and peel)
~ 200 gr. stagnagathi
~ 6 tsp. olive oil soup
~ 1.5 lt vegetable broth
~ coarse Messollogi salt and freshly ground pepper
Execution:
After we have soaked the beans from the previous one, boil them with the rest of the ingredients (except the stamnagathi) until they are pureed. Ten minutes before the end of cooking, add the stamnagathi.
