Use
1. Place the required amount of gelatin sheets in a shallow plate or tray with a flat bottom
2. Cover completely with cold water to prevent the leaves from sticking together
3. Soak for 4-6 minutes until the leaves are completely soft. the more leaves, the longer it will take to soften
4. Remove the leaves from the water and squeeze out excess moisture
5. Add the leaves to the liquid to thicken, making sure it is above 35°C
6. Once the gelatin has dissolved, transfer the mixture to the desired container and let it stabilize in the refrigerator
Tips
Do not let the gelatin soak too long in the water as this will reduce its setting properties.
When adding gelatin to a liquid make sure it does not boil as this will weaken it
Gelatin can be melted and reset 2 or 3 times as long as it is not overheated.
