Main tool of preparation of Greek coffee is coffee pot, into which must boil (approximately) mixture of water (75ml), with coffee and sugar mix to the top with the stirrer.
Also characteristic is the cream, a thick foam generated during the boil coffee. The preparation of Greek coffee is considered successful when the cream is kept in his serving. Served slowly during the following names of preparation:
Neat (75 ml water + 1 teaspoon coffee)
Medium (75 ml water + 1 teaspoon coffee + 2/3 spoon. Sugar)
Sweet (75 ml water + 1 teaspoon coffee sugar and 2 teaspoons).
Note: The quantities of water to coffee and sugar can be varied depending on personal taste.
