Carob flour (Creta carob)
During processing, temperature use is made of less than 100 degrees to ensure that the final product will remain crude. The raw carob powder is a great treat for those who like their unprocessed foods. Substitute raw cocoa powder can be added to flour in pastry, and can be used in cakes, warm drinks, milkshakes from the soy milk and desserts.
