Ladies mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris)
It has astringent, diuretic, cardiotonic, antidiarrheal, healing properties due to its tannins, salicylic acid and essential oil. Considered tonic muscle and are suitable for wounds, ulcers and transfections. The astringent action of course makes it useful in the treatment of diarrhea and is good for oral gargles and in case of laryngitis. Considered emmenagogue, which regulates normal blood flow both in cases of amenorrhea and in cases of heavy menstrual bleeding.

Ladie's mantle is used for stomach problems, mild diarrhea, diabetes, water retention, swelling (inflammation), and muscle spasms. Some people use it as a gargle for sore mouth and throat.
Women use alchemilla for heavy or painful menstrual periods or for symptoms of menopause.
Some people apply alchemilla directly to the skin to stop bleeding; improve wound healing; or treat ulcers, eczema, or skin rashes.
Alchemilla is also added to bath water for treating lower-abdominal ailments.
Use: Pour 1-2 teaspoons in a cup of hot water for 7-10 minutes, strain and drink. You can drink up to 2-3 times a day.
