The Pure Bamboo toothbrush is made from biodegradable MOSO bamboo , the only fast growing species of bamboo that the endangered giant "Pandas" do not eat. It is one of the fastest growing plants in the world, without deforestation.

The material undergoes a heat treatment (carbonisation), so we can guarantee the handle and the natural product bacteria-free throughout its lifetime.

During production, the handle is exposed to extremely high temperatures, because otherwise the natural composition of the bamboo could potentially attract germs and other microorganisms.

The bristles are made from high quality recycled nylon, which will decompose in nature 20 times faster than ordinary polyester yarns. The packaging is made from 100% recycled paper so that we can introduce a completely compostable product.

There are no plastics in Pure Bamboo toothbrushes! Even the plastic cover that protects the brush from particles during transport and delivery comes from BPA-free recycled nylon. All paper is recycled and completely biodegradable.
