People who thrived on the shores of the Mediterranean used propolis as a

medicine, as they had established its anti-inflammatory effect.

Hippocrates recommended it for applying to ulcers and burns.

Roman soldiers on their campaigns always had propolis in their luggage, while
the Egyptians used it for embalming the dead. Today propolis is widely
used as a medicine, either as a pharmaceutic itself, or as a component
of other pharmaceutics.

1. Anesthetic: Local anesthetic and painkiller for ear infections, toothaches, nail-callus problems and wherever necessary.

2. Anti-inflammatory: The property of propolis to heal wounds. It also heals purulent wounds, but
also the scars of the internal organs, such as kidney diseases, ulcers,
colitis and correction of the prostate.

3. Antimicrobial: From simple insect bites to pharyngitis, chronic pneumonia, bronchial
asthma, external and internal infections. Propolis has a broad
anti-viral spectrum, while its activity against viruses is significantly
enhanced in combination with pollen and royal jelly. It has proven
activity against viruses, including influenza, H1N1 and H1N3.

4. Cytotoxic: For all kinds of skin diseases and diseases of the mucous membranes.
Particularly positive against chronic itching, the treatment of redness
and fungal infections. Also against hair loss, acne and general facial
skin aesthetics.

5. Antifungal: The antifungal effect of propolis has been confirmed in practice against candida
(Candida albicans, Trichomonas vaginalis), coliforms and other bacteria,
fungi and parasites. At the same time, with all the above, it has been
shown that the long-term use of propolis does not lead to the creation
of resistant strains of pathogenic microorganisms, while at the same
time it just as easily destroys pathogenic microorganisms that have
become resistant to antibiotics.

6. Antihistaminic: Propolis in combination with pollen, helps to reduce the symptoms of allergies and to gradually immunize.

7. Antioxidant: This property of propolis manifests itself by scavenging free oxygen
radicals. At the same time, it protects vitamin C from oxidation.

Dosage: 18 sprays daily (6 sprays 3 times a day).
